There are a lot of acne antibiotic treatment over the
counter. Most of them use benzoyl peroxides as the main ingredient. But did you know that in 1995 the FDA issued a warning regarding the use of benzoyl peroxide and changed its status from safe to uncertain?
It is not only that antibiotics such as Benzoyl Peroxides
simply don't work in long run for being a treatment for acne bacteria and not
the acne disease itseft, antibiotics are extremely destructive to your overall
health as well as your acne condition. Over-the-counter creams and ointments
such as benzoyl peroxide are aimed at treating the acne-affected areas by
killing the bacteria. The problem here is that killing the acne doesn't
eliminate the problem that caused the excessive production of sebum oil, for
instance. The treated acne spots may banish, but others will follow.
